Royce Gracie MMA New England New Haven Location Offers Muay Thai Classes
In the world of martial arts, practitioners strive to complete and strengthen their fight games. Head Instructors Royce and Rodrigo, and certainly the Gracie family, have proven time and time again that one must have a strong ground game to prevail in either self defense or M.M.A. situations. Constant evolution of the fight game and the growing popularity of the art, however, now demand that practitioners have strong stand up skills to be better able to win on the feet, close the distance, initiate and control the take down, and start from an advantageous position on the ground.
For these reasons, and because of the amazing cardio development of the workouts, New Haven is proud to offer Muay Thai Kick-boxing classes every Monday and Wednesday from 7 to 8pm beginning on Wednesday, June 1st. Regular Jiu Jitsu classes will be from 8 to 9:30 with Open Mat following class.
