Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu: The Art of Problem Solving and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
We have so many talented people training with us at Jim Hughes And Royce Gracie MMA in Connecticut And Massachusettes. Our members are the “A” team. With all that talent shouldn’t we be out saving the planet from global warming or something?
Well, actually we are. we are working on an electric car conversion in West Hartford and our East Windsor, New Haven, and West Hartford BJJ & MMA schools in Connecticut are fueled by wind and solar power. Please switch your energy plan to the “green” option. Its only a little more per bill but well worth it! Just call your electric company
A new self defense problem is presented in every class. Multiple solutions are studied. There is always something different. However, everything is connected. Furthermore, sparring class allows me and my training partners to test our grappling and fighting skills. Its real time problem solving in action. While our knowledge develops, our ability to apply our knowledge with greater timing gets a little sharper and it keeps us on our toes.
Every workout is different, and this inspires greater spontaneity. It helps us get the most out of our self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA training.
If you enjoy problem solving; if you like chess, sudoku, or backgammon; if you enjoy playing sports more than watching; if you like fitness with a purpose; and, if you like mixed martial arts, you are going to love Jim Hughes and Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and MMA of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New England. Check back at www.gracie-jiu-jitsu.com, www.SuperKids-Karate.com, and www.Super-Fit.org often and come in to one of our locations. We have great coaches hand picked by
Royce and Jim. They will be happy to help you.
